THE DURACUT RANGE
Duracut AR RD
Duracut AR-RD is a high performance synthetic neat pressing, drawing, cold heading and blanking lubricant. Designed for the use in arduous operations such as cold forging of rivets, nuts and bolts. Its revolutionary chlorine free technology exhibits high load-bearing capabilities on a wide range of materials. The product is a world leader in terms of performance and extraordinarily extends tool life in the application and has been approved by SALVI OEM machinery manufacturer. The product performance translates into holding consistent size of components under arduous conditions, which is critical in the production of aviation blank fasteners prior to machining.
DURACUT 11/22/32
A range of low-mist neat oils for many applications. This is a “single” neat oil for many performance applications and provides excellent machining performance on a full range of materials. Its DTR additive pack allows the grade to be used on all general machining applications along with gear cutting, gear grinding, threading and broaching. The products provide excellent heat and swarf removal on high speed machining processes.
DURACUT HNF
A super quality chlorine free, extreme pressure water-mix metalworking fluid. Designed for multiple applications, with excellent bio-stability, Durasol HD-S is the perfect rationalization product.
DURACUT 22SM
Durasol HDCF is a low oil product suitable for general
machining processes. The product is very well suited to themachining of cast iron. The product forms a translucentmicro emulsion. The product does not containformaldehyde, chlorine, DCHA and no free boric acid.
Duracut JS 40
Durasol HD-S ULF combines the superior chlorine free
machining capabilities of Durasol HD-S ULF with a unique emulsifier system to supress foam, allowing the product to be utilised on the most high pressure small sumps of modern machines.
DURACUT AS TRF
Duracut AS TRF is a neat thread rolling lubricant formulated using the highest quality synthetic hydrocarbon base stocks. The product is chlorine free and uses a unique additive system incorporating extreme pressure and anti-wear additives together with synthetic esters and special film forming components resulting in excellent tool life and outstanding surface finish. Designed to be used on thread rolling of titanium aerospace components, TRF provides excellent performance in a range of metal forming operations and is suitable for use with most materials including high alloy steels. The product has been approved by SASPI who manufacture thread rolling machines and during development and testing die life was extended up to 3 times compared to standard heavily chlorinated mineral oil products. The Duracut AS TRF has been shown to provide twice the life of a traditional mineral oil product.

Durasol HDS-ULF Plus combines greater additions of performance additives with the unique emulsifier system to suppress foam, allowing the product to be utilised on most high pressure small sumps of modern machines

Additional information
1. HD-S in its standard form is a super universal performance product.
2. HD-S ULF Plus contains higher levels of performance additives than the standard to gain outstanding service finish and increase tool life.
3. X ULF has been formulated for ultra-high pressures and small sump capacity machines where foaming can be exaggerated.
4. X ULF Plus contains additional high performance additives and formulated for ultra-high pressures where foaming can be exaggerated.
5. HDFP, HDXF, HDSF and HDCF have been formulated to meet current and future legislation changes in regard to biocides used throughout the globe.
